Sewing 102 is an introduction into intermediate sewing. If you have basic sewing machine skills, but want to push your knowledge a step further and start making professional level garments, this is the class for you. Students will learn how to sew a zipper into a garment, make a button hole, and different types of seams (including French Seams, flat felled seams, and bias bound seams). Students are encouraged to bring their own sewing machines, but a small number of sewing machines are available to borrow for those who need. All materials are included. This class is taught by Emily Marteau of Thread Rose Crafts.
